Go Green and Save programme
Thousands of readers of News of the World have responded to our Go Green and Save programmeto recycle old mobile broadband telephones.
We have received over eight-thousand mobiles since we launched the programme a couple of weeks ago. We are helping to pay £250,000, about £31 for each phone, so make sure you don’t miss out on sending in your old phones and making cash to help save the planet.
Tim Gent, 42, a father of two from Wakefield made £177 from two old Nokia phones and a Samsung from 3 Mobilewhile Hayley Dale, 36, a clerical worker from Bury St. Edmunds, made £129 from her two old Nokia phones.
It is very simple; just hunt out your old phones and as a reward for going green you will also be entered in a free draw to win £500 worth of vouchers to spend at Argos.
