Ellie Caddell - Commercial Director
Responsible for... the generation of all sponsorship both cash and in-kind, new business and partnership deals. Development and execution of the marketing strategy and management of all Festival social events.
Loves... music, festivals, shopping, art, keeping fit, and interior design

Liz Swift - Editorial Producer
Responsible for... Bringing together prominent television voices and creating sessions that cover the issues and themes of the industry. Liz is dedicated to inviting the key figures our delegates want to hear. Liz manages the Advisory Committee to ensure the content of the Festival is delivered to the highest standard.

Amy Cahill - Marketing Manager
Responsible for... Developing the marketing strategy and plan for the Festival and Talent schemes.

Responsible for... Providing support for the Festival team and filling in all the gaps.

Caroline Meaby - The Network & Ones to Watch Director
Responsible for... Raising funds for and overseeing the delivery of The Network and Ones to Watch schemes on behalf of the Committee.

Rhiannon Robertson - Talent Schemes Co-ordinator
